The Magic Horse by Roneeza

                                                                         
One night I was reading a book, and a magic rocking horse came into my open window.It was really small.

When it landed it grew almost as tall as me.The magic horse can talk."My name is Lily,"she said with a smile.
"Would you like a ride,? I can take you around the world," she said. "Um...no thank you,I am too tired ".
" Its time for me to go to bed," "Good night,"said Lily.When I woke up Lily was still there and doing magic.

Later we sang quietly together.

The little Butterfly by Roneeza

L.I.-W.A.L.T.-write a narrative story about tiny creature.  
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write a story about a butterfly.

Once upon a time lived a butterfly named Kitara. She has purple and black wings and she liked to have adventures at the waterfall. She likes to share stories about the wonderful waterfall, and the sparkles in the river.

While she wandered around, a bumble bee bumped her wings."Sorry little butterfly," said the bee."My name is Lily, what's your name?"I'm Kitara,"she said."Can we be friends?asked the bee. "Ok"said Kitara, They played hide and seek.
Later they were tired and they all went home.

Going To Bounce And Beyond

During the holidays my family and I went to Bounce and Beyond.  Bounce and Beyond is an entertainment centre for children.  Adults can come in too, but first they have to pay.

First, my family and I changed into our best clothes. 

Next we all got into the car, and we remembered to put on our seatbelts. 

After that I asked my mum, “Where are we going?”  My mum said “It’s a surprise!”  When we got to our destination my sister and I were surprised.  Then we shouted, “Bounce and Beyond!”  Then we all went inside while my mum paid.

At Bounce and Beyond you have to wear socks at all times.  Bounce means that everything inside is bouncy, and it is fun.  There is a climbing wall and a wreaking ball.  They are two of my favourites.  There is also a little Island.  The Island is next to the café.  There is a queen chair.  It is bouncy and there is a crown on top. 

Finally it was time to go home.  I had so much fun at Bounce and Beyond.  I hope to go there another time. 

A Rainbow In The Sky

When I see a rainbow in the sky I feel so happy,
I want to sing about it.
I dance through the hallway
and then I go outside singing loudly.  
Not too loud, just like an inside voice.  
And later I go inside again
and I eat a rainbow cupcake that our mum made us. 
I love rainbows.

Fruit And Vegetables

My favourite fruit are apples, because they are colourful, juicy and crunchy.  My favourite vegetables are carrots, because they are also nice and crunchy.  Fruit and vegetables have vitamins in them which are good for our bodies.  Vitamins make you fit and strong, and they help our bodies to fight off germs and viruses.  You see, God made fuit and vegetables for us to eat because they make us healthy, they help to prevent us from getting sick.  I love my fruit and vegetables.

A Rainbow In The Sky

When I see a rainbow in the sky I feel so happy,
I want to sing about it.
