Overcoming Adversity!!

  1. Mōrena Roneeza,

Thank you so much for opening up and sharing your experience when you overcame a challenge in your life.

Overcoming a challenge of any sort can be difficult, and sometimes (like in your experience) you don't even really realise you're being affected by this certain challenge. I'm really glad to hear you found your confidence and were able to speak more confidently in class to both your teacher and your classmates. Maybe next time you see someone else who seems a bit quiet, you could go over and help them out so they could maybe overcome their own challenge? :)

    1. Good afternoon Erica,
Do you have trouble sharing personal stories? I know I do. You never know what might happen once you try. Confidence is one of the most important qualities to have. It's alright if you aren't a confident person, we're all unique in our own special way! I would love to help people who are quiet, but everyone I know is bright, cheerful and full of joy! Thank you for your comment, Erica :)

  2. I like this quote Sherry - “Challenge and adversity are meant to help you know who you are. Storms hit your weakness, but unlock your true strength.”

Keep on being you.. and keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!

    1. Good morning Mrs Collins,
I think I've heard of that quote somewhere, somehow.. It's very inspiring! It's important to be ourselves and not judge the way we are. We are all unique in our own special way :) Thank you for your comment!

  4. Good afternoon Ron, thanks for sharing your story about being a student in PES, that's quite unusual of you being really quite as now your as hyped as a gorilla ( Just Kidding :P). When you asked your teacher what you were going to do in class after your lunch break, what made you had the happy mood and how are you enjoying your lessons? I sound really suspicious but I'm just asking c:

    1. Evening Ana,
Thanks for the compliment XD!! The memory of me questioning my teacher is almost faint, but I do remember feeling I had to talk to someone someway, somehow. So I just went up to the teacher and talked to her as if I was talking to my parents, hoping she would reply back with a smile on her face :). If you mean the SLJ lessons, I enjoy being busy and improving my writing and grammar skills. Those topics, as you already know, are my weaknesses. It's alright you can ask me anything, you don't sound suspicious at all XD. Looking forward to seeing you at school :D
      Your best friend, Roneeza
