  1. Kia ora Roneeza,

Thanks for posting another awesome post, I love the background you chose! :)

I like the name too. It stands out, and is super unique. It's okay to share your opinion and viewpoint on the clothing. We all have our own sense of style, and that's what makes us unique.

If you had your own fashion brand, what would it look like? What kind of outfits would you put on your website? And most importantly - what would the name be?

    1. G'day Erica,
I love the background too. The name "Twenty-seven names" does stand out in it's own unique way, doesn't it? We all are. My shop would have flower decorations with a touch of sparkle. Maybe some lights for the night and medium sized logo tilted slightly side-ways on the top left corner. My outfits design would be a kind-of slang, tom-boyish designs that would show on skirts, crop-tops (that are not TOO short), jerseys, jumpers, jackets, beanies and more. Some parts of the shop could show some girly stuff like dresses that are for picnics and outings. I could design some glasses and shades (I'm obsessed with them). Maybe even some hats as well (I am also obsessed with them). Since I'm not really a fancy dresser and I like to wear what's comfortable and new, I'd call my fashion brand "Classy Missy". Have blessed holiday :)

    2. Kia ora Sherry,

WOW! I am blown away with your ideas for 'Classy Missy'. I really enjoy sunglasses too. I really like the small, round ones. They kind of look like they could be from the 70s. Do you know the ones I mean? What kind of sunglasses do you like? :)

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

We are really looking forward to reading more of your work over the summer. Looking forward to what which activity you will do next. Remember if you want to get some extra points then you need to leave a positive comment on another students blog to get 2 extra points.

  2. Is there someone from SPS that you could see yourself going into business with? Rachel Easting and Anjali Burnett met at primary school and after studying art and fashion respectively the pair began working on small scale projects before launching their brand 'twenty-seven names'. The label name is a homage to the list of 27 people who helped to get their label off the ground.

    1. Hello Mrs Collins,
If I had my own shop, I'd like to work with my three best friends:
Mo'onia, Anamaria and Summer. They are all talented drawers and I could maybe create the designs they work on. We are really good at working together and expressing our ideas with each other. Have a lovely summer :)

  3. Hola Roneeza, hope your having a great day today. Nice floral background you got there, I see your getting weird out with their clothing style maybe it's just too feminine for us (Because you know were teenagers and we're not into women-like clothes) but it's ok, women like those type of clothes. I also agree on staying the name as "Twenty-Seven Names", it's unique but has meaning to it. Would you think you will wear these type of clothes?, even if you hate it or not. Maybe you might get forced too or just doesn't really care about clothes. Hope I hear from you..hehe.
