Well done for completing so much of this years' SLJ programme, "Changemakers: People who have changed the world" - thanks for creating this marvellous poem and for trying to understand how Neil Armstrong felt walking on the moon.

I like how you rhymed 'pee' with 'gravity', but more than this, you made it make sense - of course it would be difficult to pee when there's no gravity... the pee would go everywhere and hopefully it would go away from you.

Because you mentioned 'MC' I'm curious now to see whether or not you can freestyle?
Have you watched a series called 'Rhythm and Flow'? It stars Cardi B, Chance the Rapper and TI - they travel around America looking for the next big rap artist and it is so very impressive how easily these people put words together and freestyle to a rhythm.

Looking forward to your next blog post!

    Ngā mihi,

    1. Talofa, Jordan! Thank you for your positive comment. I haven't watched the series 'Rythm and Flow', but how you described it has made me a bit curious. It wasn't easy coming up with this poem, so my older sister helped me come up with rhyming words. I too, agree that it is very impressive how easily these people put words together and freestyle to a rhythm. My older sister can do this and sometimes the words coming out of her mouth wouldn't make sense, which would undoubtedly make us laugh. Once again, thank you for your comment. I'll try and practice to put words together and freestyle them to a rhythm..!
      Kind regards, Roneeza
