I like going to Mass!

On Friday the seventh of April, my class and I went to church to have mass. Father Andrew read a verse about how Jesus died on the cross, he talked and described the verse. After that, two people from Room Six carried the bread and the wine to Father. Then we sang a song, knelt and said a prayer before we went back to class. I like going to Mass because I always learn something from Father about the bible.

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write a brief recount of attending our Friday mass.

Try to reduce heat energy!

Learning Intention: We are learning to develop understanding of heat energy.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write four ways we can reduce heat energy.

My last session of Orienteering!

On Friday the 31st of March, my classmates and I had our last session of Orienteering. We had to find the controls and clip it on a piece of paper. We used maps as our guide to help us find the controls. It was hard because there was a control that was placed in front of the art shed! When I was almost done, I realised that I had missed one of the controls. I felt exhausted after we completed the course, but it was a good exercise! I hope we can do Orienteering again soon!

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I record my verbal recount using blabberize to describe my last session of Orienteering.

This is how many fire places, microwaves, electronic devices and stoves that students in Room 7 have!

Analysis: 

• 5 students in Room 7 have a fire place.
• 17 students in Room 7 have a microwave.
• 1 student has 19 electronic devices.
• 16 students has 4 stove tops that work.
